This is much better than your first song! Wow, the melody is very beautiful and the rhythm is very well mastered! The only thing that dosent quite work is the noises in the drop, I know that dubstep has these wubs, but the wubs arent the main part of the drop (except for some particular songs). Dont fit every space with wubs, that wont sound good, just fill where you need. Also the song needs more mastering but mastering often comes with experience.

This review is for you to make a better song so dont take it as an insult :)

First of all, it has a very repetitive, there is no drop and no ending, the same thing is repeting everywhere, you should maybe add some more changes into it, an intense drop for example. Secondly, you need to add more instruments into the composition, a synth lead or a piano for example. Finally, I understand that you are only 13 yrs old and it is pretty surprising that a person as young as you can make such thing like this, but remember, you can always do better, I am 14 and yeah me too I aint very very excellent with music.

Thank you for your advice! OK, I will use piano for my next song. For this I used a dubstep tutorial (How to make your first dubstep). And I will say you what I am Russian. And... (read only if you want to play some not very good levels) if you are good GD player, please play my levels.

Well, I understand I took the drums too slowly, but the melody was suppost to come in a little late. I had the pads and baseline come in after the drums, then had them drop out for the melody (bass and alto), followed my pads. I understand its slow, and probably too slow, but thats classic trance format in a nutshell for ya.
